Description: The destination TCP port number to which TACACS messages are sent. The TACACS server is not used for authentication if this port number is 0.
What is cienaCesTacacsClientAuthenticationServerAuthPort?
This is the TCP port the switch uses to reach this specific server for authentication requests, and setting it to 0 disables that server for authentication purposes without removing the row entirely. An admin who wants a server used for accounting or authorization but not for logins directly could zero out just this authentication-specific port while leaving the corresponding accounting/authorization port objects configured normally. For example, this would be set to 49 for a standard deployment, but an admin might set it to 0 temporarily while a server undergoes maintenance affecting its authentication service.
