What is cienaCesTacacsClientAuthenticationServerAccessRetransmissions?

This counts retransmitted authentication Access-Request packets for this one specific server row, isolating retransmission behavior to a single TACACS+ appliance rather than the blended Global view. An admin managing several TACACS+ servers can use this per-row counter to identify exactly which physical server is flaky; if server index 2 shows heavy retransmissions while indexes 1 and 3 show almost none, that pinpoints server 2 rather than a network-wide problem. This granularity is the main reason this per-server table exists alongside the Global counters.
