What is cienaCesTacacsClientAccountingServerAccessRetransmissions?

This counts retransmitted accounting requests to this one specific server, and because accounting failures are invisible to end users in real time, this per-row counter is one of the few ways an admin can catch a specific accounting server quietly struggling before discovering a gap in the audit trail later. For example, a rising retransmission count isolated to one server's row, while its authentication and authorization counterparts stay normal, points specifically at that one accounting appliance's capacity or connectivity.
