What is cienaCesTacacsClientAccountingServerAccessRequests?

This counts accounting Access-Request packets, log-record submissions, sent to this one specific server, excluding retransmissions, giving an admin per-server visibility into how much audit-logging traffic each accounting appliance is handling. If an organization has split accounting across multiple TACACS+ servers by site or department, comparing this counter across rows shows whether logging volume matches expected usage per site. For example, a headquarters accounting server showing far more requests than a branch office's row would be expected if headquarters has more active admin sessions.
