Description: Setting this object administratively enables or disables TACACS accounting on the device.
What is cienaCesTacacsClientAccountingAdminState?
This administratively enables or disables sending TACACS+ accounting records, who did what and when, to the configured TACACS server. Unlike authentication or authorization, disabling this doesn't block any user action; it only stops the audit trail from being sent to TACACS, so an admin relying on TACACS accounting logs for compliance or security audits needs to actively verify this is enabled, since its being off produces no visible operational symptom at all. For example, a compliance audit asking for a record of who ran a specific configuration command on a given date would come up empty if this had been left disabled, even though the command executed successfully.
