What is cienaCesRapsVirtualRingAlarmExtended?

This is a 1-byte bitmask reporting every alarm condition currently active on this virtual ring simultaneously, with bit 0 for configuration mismatch, bit 1 for an active protection switch, bit 2 for missing RAPS PDUs, and bit 3 for no detected RPL owner. Because the single-valued alarm object can only report one condition at a time even when several are true, this bitmask is the object an admin's monitoring should actually poll to catch, for example, a configuration mismatch and a missing-RPL-owner condition occurring together, which the other object would obscure. For example, a byte value of 0x0A (binary 00001010) would indicate bits 1 and 3 are set simultaneously: an active protection switch and no detected RPL owner at the same time.
