What is cienaCesNumLags?
Reports how many LAGs are currently configured on this device. Tracked alongside cienaCesMaxLags, this is what an admin checks before a planned expansion to confirm there's still headroom to add more link-aggregated interfaces. If this reads 120 against a MaxLags of 128, the admin knows only 8 more LAGs can be provisioned before hitting the platform limit.
