Controls whether, once the timer in cienaCesExtLagProtectionRevertTimer expires after a previously-failed primary port comes back up, that primary port reclaims active status and the secondary reverts to backup. With this set to off(2), a LAG that failed over to its secondary port during an outage will stay on the secondary permanently even after the primary recovers, which an admin needs to know so they don't expect automatic reversion after fixing the original fault. With this set to on(1) and the revert timer at, say, 5000ms, the LAG will automatically switch back to the primary port five seconds after it's confirmed operationally enabled again.
