What is cienaCesExtAggUpTime?
Reports how long this MC-LAG node has been continuously operationally up. This resets to zero on each down event, so an admin uses it to judge stability since the last outage -- a low UpTime value on a node that's supposedly been running for months would flag a recent, possibly unnoticed, flap. An UpTime showing only a few minutes on a node the admin assumed had been stable for weeks would prompt investigation into what caused the recent, otherwise unreported, down event.
