What is cienaCesExtAggTotalRx?
Counts the total number of MC-LAG protocol messages this node has received from its peer, across all message types. This is the overall traffic-volume baseline an admin compares the more specific counters (Disconnect, Mismatch, Unknown, OutOfSequence) against to gauge what fraction of total ICL protocol traffic is problematic versus routine keepalive/state exchange. If ConfigMismatchRx is climbing at a rate close to TotalRx, nearly every protocol message exchanged is a mismatch signal, indicating a persistent rather than occasional problem.
