This is the VS-scoped version of the top-of-funnel relay counter, letting an admin isolate one tenant's DHCPv6 traffic volume from all the others sharing the same device. A sudden drop to zero here while other VSs' counters keep climbing normally would isolate a problem to this one tenant's relay path specifically.
