Controls creation and deletion of the LDRA configuration row for this specific VLAN using standard RowStatus values. Because LDRA settings for a VLAN don't exist until this row is created, an admin adding IPv6 DHCP relay support to a new VLAN needs to set this to 'CreateAndGo' first -- any other per-VLAN LDRA object set before that will have no effect. Setting this to 'destroy' for VLAN 200 removes DHCPv6 LDRA configuration for that VLAN entirely, requiring a fresh 'CreateAndGo' to reinstate it.
