Counts DHCPv6 packets that reached LDRA's relay logic but were determined not to actually belong to this relay instance, and were dropped as a result. This differs from the IPv4 DHCP relay's equivalent counter in one important way per its description -- here the packets are explicitly dropped rather than simply passed through, so a rising value indicates DHCPv6-looking traffic on this VLAN that isn't being delivered anywhere. This could increment if a device on this VLAN sends a malformed or unexpected DHCPv6 message type that LDRA's classifier can recognize as DHCPv6 but not match to a valid relay path.
