Controls creation and deletion of the row holding this port's configured IntID string, via standard RowStatus values. Because the IntID string object has no meaning until a row exists for that port, an admin configuring a new port's Interface-ID string needs to set this to 'createAndGo' as part of the same operation, not as an afterthought. Setting this to 'destroy' removes the custom IntID string configuration for that port, after which the port would fall back to whatever default InterfaceID data type is configured.
