scheduler when the scheduler algorithm is 'Weighted Fair Queuing'.
What is cienaCesDpTsQSchedulerTapPointWeight?
This INTEGER only takes effect under Weighted Fair Queuing scheduling and determines the proportional share of bandwidth this tap point gets relative to its siblings. Doubling one tap point's weight relative to another roughly doubles its share of contended bandwidth without starving the other entirely, unlike strict priority. A weight of 20 versus a sibling's weight of 10 gives this tap point roughly twice the bandwidth share when both are contending for capacity.
