value for the queue. CIR is the average rate in kbps
for which ingressing traffic is considered green. If the
traffic flow rate is at or below the CIR, the system allows
the traffic without any change.
What is cienaCesDpTsQGroupProfileQueueCIR?
This Unsigned32, in kilobits/sec, sets the guaranteed throughput for this specific queue within its group, distinct from any port-wide or scheduler-wide CIR elsewhere in the hierarchy. It lets each queue be given its own committed rate, so, for example, a voice queue gets a small but guaranteed CIR while a bulk-data queue in the same group gets none. A queue CIR of 2000 kbps, for instance, guarantees a VoIP queue enough committed bandwidth for a fixed number of concurrent calls.
