What is cienaCesDpTsMeterFloodContainerProfileRate3?
This Unsigned32, in kilobits/sec, sets the bandwidth ceiling for the third of three graduated containment tiers, 'Containment Rate 3', in the flood-container profile. Because it is the last of the three tiers, it is commonly used as the most permissive cap of the group, letting admins differentiate treatment for the least disruptive of the flood categories mapped to this profile. A value of 20000 would let that flood category use up to 20 Mbps before excess frames are discarded.
