What is cienaCesDpTsMeterFloodContainerProfileRate2?
This Unsigned32, in kilobits/sec, sets the bandwidth ceiling for the second of three graduated containment tiers, 'Containment Rate 2', within the same flood-container profile. Admins typically size Rate2 differently from Rate1 and Rate3 so that, for example, broadcast traffic can be capped more loosely than unknown-unicast on the same port by pointing each flood category's RateId at a different tier. A value of 5000 would allow up to 5 Mbps of whichever flood category is mapped to Rate2.
