What is cienaCesDpTsCosMapRcosMapL3DscpRCoS?
This OCTET STRING is the DSCP-to-internal-RCoS lookup table spanning all 64 DSCP-CoS values, letting an admin map, for instance, DSCP 46 (Expedited Forwarding, used for VoIP) directly to a specific internal priority level so IP-layer markings from a customer router are honored consistently across the carrier network. Because the mapping is per-DSCP-value, different application traffic sharing one physical port can receive different treatment purely from its DSCP marking. Octet 47, corresponding to DSCP 46, might hold RCoS value 46 to preserve the EF marking end to end.
