What is cienaCesDpTsCosMapRcosMapExpRColour?
This OCTET STRING decides the committed or excess color for each of the eight possible MPLS EXP values, parallel to the RCoS mapping above. It lets an admin, for example, treat EXP 0, the best-effort default marking, as yellow by default while reserving green treatment for higher EXP markings. Octet 1, corresponding to EXP 0, might be set to yellow(2).
