This INTEGER is the fixed Resolved CoS value every frame gets stamped with under this profile, overriding whatever CoS marking arrived on the wire. It suits an access port carrying a single class of traffic, like a dedicated voice trunk, where per-frame classification would be unnecessary overhead. A fixed value of 46, for example, pins all traffic on this port to the RCoS level normally reserved for expedited-forwarding voice traffic.
