What is cienaCesDpSubPortEgressL3TransformPolicy?
This INTEGER (leave/mappedDscp) decides the same choice as its ingress counterpart, but on the way back out to the customer. Picking 'leave' here while the ingress side remaps DSCP would mean the customer receives frames with the carrier's internal DSCP marking rather than their original one, a mismatch admins deliberately avoid unless they specifically want the customer to see the remapped values. Setting egress to mappedDscp as well, symmetric with the ingress transform, remaps the customer's traffic back to its original DSCP scheme.
