This policy is active when private forward group status is set to enabled.
What is cienaCesDpPfgProfileCPolicy?
Specifies the forwarding policy applied to private forwarding group C within this PFG profile, completing the three-way isolation scheme alongside groups A and B. Because a profile may leave group C unused if only two groups are needed, an admin should check whether any interfaces are actually assigned to groupC(3) before relying on this policy value to do anything. A common scheme is to leave group C's policy at a permissive default while A and B carry the actual subscriber isolation rules.
