This reports how many Synthetic Loss Replies came back during the most recently completed iteration, and comparing it directly against the number of SLMs sent for that same iteration is the simplest way to get the raw loss count for the latest test run before any of the derived ratio or threshold fields are even consulted. Sending 1000 and receiving 992 back means 8 frames' worth of loss occurred in that specific iteration.
