Description: CFM frame budget for the control timing module for the given service.

What is cienaCesCfmServiceControlModuleFrameBudget?

This reports, in frames per second, the CFM frame budget allocated to the control (CPU) module specifically for this service, representing a rate ceiling on how many CFM control frames (CCMs, etc.) this service is allowed to send toward the control plane. An admin uses this to understand how much of the switch's overall CFM processing capacity a single service has been allocated, which matters when deciding whether a new, more aggressive CCM interval can be safely applied without exceeding the budget. For example, a service already consuming most of its cienaCesCfmServiceControlModuleFrameBudget at a moderate CCM interval would be a poor candidate for switching to the fastest available CCM interval, since that could push it over budget.
