What is cienaCesCfmMepStatsRxLoopbackMessages?
This counts loopback messages this one MEP has received, which is what actually triggers the LBR-sent counter directly above it, so the two should move together in lockstep for a healthy MEP. Isolating this to a single MEP is what lets an admin confirm loopback tests from a specific remote peer are reaching exactly the intended MEP and not some other MEP on the device that happens to share the same physical port.
