This is the per-MEP version of the content-mismatch counter, isolating a data-integrity problem in loopback replies to exactly one MEP's remote peer. Since content mismatch implies the remote peer's CFM stack altered or mis-echoed the LBM payload, a count that rises only for this one MEP, while every other MEP on the device shows clean loopback tests, points squarely at that one remote peer's implementation as the source of the problem.
