What is cienaCesCfmMepStatsRxCCMDroppedWithMalformedTlv?
This counts CCMs this MEP received and had to drop because one of the optional TLVs attached, such as Port Status, Interface Status, or Sender ID, was malformed, distinguishing a frame-encoding problem in the remote peer's CCM generation from an actual continuity fault. A MEP that shows this counter climbing while its RMEP LOC counter stays at zero is still receiving heartbeats fine, meaning continuity is intact, but the specific TLV-carried extra information from that peer cannot be trusted.
