What is cienaCesCfmMEPLiIndex?
This reports the logical interface index used to create this MEP, working together with cienaCesCfmMEPLiType to precisely identify the specific underlying transport construct (a particular VLAN interface, MPLS VC, or PBB-TE service instance) this MEP is bound to monitor. An admin needs both fields together, since this raw index number is meaningless without the type field telling it what kind of object the index refers into. For example, a LiIndex of 42 paired with LiType = vlan would point to a specific VLAN interface, while the identical index value of 42 paired with LiType = mplsStaticPeMeshVC would instead point to an entirely different MPLS pseudowire object.
