Description: The total number of loopback reply frames sent.

What is cienaCesCfmGlobalLoopbackStatsTxTotalLBR?

This counts Loopback Replies this device has sent back in response to LBMs addressed to it by a remote MEP running a loopback test against this device. Because every valid LBM this device receives should generate exactly one LBR in response, this counter should track the corresponding Rx-LBM counter almost 1:1, making it a quick way to confirm this device behaves as a well-formed CFM responder rather than silently swallowing loopback requests. If a remote operator reports a failed loopback test against this MEP but this counter incremented as expected, the problem lies on the return path, not at this device.
