What is cienaCesCfmGlobalLinkTraceStatsTxTotalLTM?
This tracks Linktrace Messages this device has sent, the CFM equivalent of traceroute used to discover the hop-by-hop path, and each hop's MEP or MIP, to a target MAC address within a maintenance domain. Like loopback tests, linktrace is normally operator-initiated rather than continuous, so this counter should sit idle between troubleshooting sessions and only increase when someone actively runs a linktrace from this device. A jump of exactly 1 right when an admin runs a single linktrace command toward a suspect remote MEP is the expected, on-demand pattern for this counter.
