What is cienaCesCfmGlobalLinkTraceStatsRxTotalLTR?
This counts LTRs this device has received back after sending out its own LTMs, the responses that build up the hop-by-hop path map for a linktrace this device initiated. Each hop along a healthy path should contribute one LTR, so the total received for a single session tells the admin how many hops responded versus how many the trace expected to reach; a trace to a target 4 hops away that only nets 2 LTRs points to a break or an unresponsive MIP partway there. This counter accumulating over time is the running tally of every hop-reply this device has ever collected while diagnosing paths.
