What is cienaCesCfmGlobalDelayMeasurementStatsRxTotalDMR?
This counts the Delay Measurement Replies this device has received back after sending its own DMM probes, the completion half of a delay test this device initiated. Every DMM this device transmits should get exactly one DMR back from a healthy, responsive target, so a shortfall between this counter and the DMM-transmitted counter for the same session directly quantifies how many delay probes went unanswered. If a one-minute SLA test sends 600 DMMs and this counter only reaches 580, those missing 20 replies are hard evidence of intermittent loss on that specific path during the test window, not just an averaging artifact.
