Description: This object specifies the time duration in seconds the session has been in the up state
What is cienaCesBfdSessionUpTime?
This reports how many seconds this BFD session has continuously been in the up state, giving a direct measure of session stability rather than just its current binary status. An admin uses this to distinguish a genuinely stable session from one that is flapping and happened to be sampled during a brief up window, since a low uptime value on a session that should have been established long ago is itself a symptom worth investigating. For example, cienaCesBfdSessionUpTime repeatedly resetting to a small number like 12 or 30 seconds indicates the session keeps flapping rather than staying reliably up.
