What is cienaCesBfdSessionName?
This is the human-readable name assigned to a BFD (Bidirectional Forwarding Detection) session, letting an admin identify which specific fast-failure-detection session a row in this table refers to without having to decode index numbers. An admin relies on this name to quickly locate the BFD session tied to a particular neighbor or link when troubleshooting a routing protocol flap, since BFD sessions are often named after the peer or interface they protect. For example, cienaCesBfdSessionName reading 'to-CoreRouter2-Gi0/1' immediately tells the operator which upstream neighbor and interface this fast-detection session is monitoring.
