Description: This object specifies the admin state of BFD Session.
What is cienaCesBfdSessionAdminState?
This reports whether the BFD session has been administratively enabled or disabled by configuration, independent of whether the underlying link is actually up. An admin checks this first when a BFD session isn't running, since an admin state of 'disabled' explains an inactive session without needing to look for a link or negotiation fault. For example, if a session's cienaCesBfdSessionAdminState reads 'disabled', a technician knows not to bother chasing BFD timers or peer negotiation and should instead check why it was administratively turned off.
