This RowStatus column is the standard SNMP mechanism for creating or deleting a benchmark test-instance row: writing 'createAndGo' provisions a new test instance, writing 'destroy' removes it, and an existing row reads back as 'active'. Because each row represents one configured RFC2544/Y.1564 test (its own PCP, color, and session settings), this is how automation provisions and tears down benchmark tests without a CLI session. For instance, a script creates test instance 12 with 'createAndGo', lets it run overnight, then sends 'destroy' the next morning to free the hardware test-generator resources it was holding.
