Exactly as described, this is the standard SNMP RowStatus control used to create or destroy a row in this test profile table. Since a profile still referenced by active test instances, per its own reference count, presumably can't simply be destroyed out from under them, this object's destroy operation is where that same reference-count safeguard pattern seen elsewhere in this MIB would actually be enforced for profiles specifically. For example, attempting to destroy a profile currently used by 3 live test instances would be expected to fail until those test instances are first repointed to a different profile or removed.
