Description: Maximum latency in micro-seconds that the latency result should not exceed in order for the test to be considered a pass.

What is cienaCesBenchmarkKpiLatency?

Exactly as described, this is the maximum latency, in microseconds, a test's measured latency result must not exceed for this KPI profile, PCP, and color combination to be graded a pass. Because this is scoped per PCP and color within the profile, an operator can enforce a much tighter latency ceiling on high-priority voice-tagged traffic than on best-effort traffic within the exact same overall test run, rather than applying one blanket requirement to everything. For example, a threshold of 500 microseconds on a PCP 5 row versus 5000 microseconds on a PCP 0 row within the same profile reflects a real difference in how latency-sensitive those two traffic classes are expected to be.
