Description: Maximum number of EMIX sequences that can be created on this platform, including the system created ones.

What is cienaCesBenchmarkGlobalPlatformMaxConfigEmixSequences?

Exactly as described, this is the platform-wide ceiling on how many EMIX frame-size sequences, including the ones the system creates automatically at initialization, can exist on this chassis. Because system-created sequences already consume part of this budget before an operator adds any custom ones, the effective room for user-defined sequences is this ceiling minus however many the firmware ships with by default. For example, if the system pre-creates 4 standard sequences and the platform max is 20, an operator effectively has 16 slots left to define custom EMIX patterns.
