What is cienaCesBenchmarkGenTestSessionThroughputResultsPcp?

This records the 802.1p PCP value that the throughput results in this row apply to, letting an admin match a set of min/max/avg throughput numbers back to the specific class-of-service they were measured on when a test instance covers multiple PCPs. This matters because RFC2544/Y.1564 throughput results are inherently per-CoS, so a results table with no PCP context would be meaningless for verifying per-queue SLAs. For example, cienaCesBenchmarkGenTestSessionThroughputResultsPcp = 0 tags a results row as belonging to the best-effort queue, to be compared against a looser throughput floor than the PCP-5 voice queue's results.
