Description: Percentage of frames lost on second test sequence.

What is cienaCesBenchmarkGenTestSessionFramelossResultsSecond?

This records the percentage of frames lost on the second test sequence at the same rate and frame size, run as a repeat measurement alongside the 'First' result to validate that a frame-loss finding is repeatable rather than a transient anomaly. An admin looks for close agreement between First and Second to trust the number; a large discrepancy between the two runs at the same configured load suggests an unstable path (e.g. intermittent congestion elsewhere on the device) rather than a deterministic capacity limit. For example, First and Second both reading 2.1% loss gives the admin confidence the device's true loss rate at that load is consistently around 2%, not a fluke.
