Description: Maximum number of simultaneous hardware sessions available on this platform.

What is cienaCesBenchmarkEntityEntryAvailableHwSessions?

Exactly as described, this reports the maximum number of simultaneous FPGA hardware test sessions this benchmark subsystem has available, as seen from this entity's row. Because each running or enabled test instance consumes one of these finite hardware sessions, not just software configuration slots, this value is the true hard ceiling on concurrent testing that the per-entity and per-platform simultaneous-test limits described elsewhere are ultimately built from. For example, a value of 16 available hardware sessions explains why, even with generous per-entity configured-instance limits, only 16 test instances across the whole chassis can ever be enabled or running at the exact same moment.
