Description: Frame size associated with the character. For h, the frame size is the port under test's MTU and the u character is a custom frame size configurable for each EMIX. The u frame size can take a value of 64 to 10000 and defaults to 594. If u is bigger than the MTU of the port under test, it will be reduced to the same size as h.

What is cienaCesBenchmarkEmixCharacterSetEntryFrameSize?

This resolves an EMIX character to its actual frame size in bytes, with two special cases: 'h' always resolves to the test port's current MTU, and 'u' is a custom, per-EMIX-configurable size that can range from 64 to 10000 bytes (defaulting to 594) but gets clamped down to the port's MTU if it's set larger than that. An admin needs to check this table before assuming what an EMIX sequence actually sends, since 'h' and 'u' are not fixed values but depend on port configuration and can silently change if the port's MTU is later reduced. For example, if the port MTU is lowered to 1500 after a 'u' frame size of 9000 was configured, this entry shows 'u' clamped down to 1500 bytes rather than the originally requested 9000.
