What is cienaCesAclRuleL4SrcPort?

This holds either the single source port value or the lower bound of a source port range, depending on what cienaCesAclRuleMatchL4SrcPort is set to, and it's simply not used at all when that match type is 'any'. An admin populates this with the actual port number relevant to the transport-layer traffic they're filtering, once they've set the match-type mode appropriately. For example, an admin writing a rule to match traffic sourced from port 53 (DNS) specifically would set the match type to single and this field to 53, distinguishing legitimate DNS server responses from other traffic on the same interface.
