What is cienaCesAclRemainingAclProfileDefs?

This reports how much headroom is left before the device's hardware or software limit on the total number of ACL profiles is reached, the direct complement to cienaCesAclNumAclProfileDefs. An admin checks this before attempting to provision a new ACL profile for an upcoming project, since discovering there's zero room left only at the moment of trying to create a profile is far more disruptive than checking capacity during planning. For example, a network team planning to roll out five new per-customer ACL profiles for an upcoming service launch would check this value first to confirm at least five slots remain before committing to that design.
