Description: Setting chipEchoStart to startEcho(2) causes the device to begin an ICMP echo sequence using the parameters indicated by the rest of the chipEcho group.

What is chipEchoStart?

A read-write control that, when set to startEcho, triggers the device to begin sending an ICMP echo (ping) sequence using the parameters configured in the other chipEcho objects.
