This object only shows the lower word value of the counter.The high word value is given by cFcStatsInDiscardsHigh.
SNMP v2c or v3 managers can directly use cFcStatsInDiscardsHC, which is a 64 bit counter.
What is cFcStatsInDiscards?
Counts (lower 32 bits) the number of received Fibre Channel frames that were discarded on this interface; the high-order bits are given by cFcStatsInDiscardsHigh.
