What is cadDFIDMeasPktsArrived?
Reports the aggregate number of packets that arrived at a Cadant Data Flow ID (DFID) queue destined for outbound transmission, regardless of whether they were ultimately sent. Comparing this to packets actually transmitted reveals queue loss.
