What is cadIfUpChannelScdmaCodesPerSlot?
Specifies the number of SCDMA spreading codes assigned to each mini-slot on an SCDMA upstream channel, controlling the granularity of upstream bandwidth allocation. This value is zero for non-SCDMA channel types.
